What exactly comes to mind when you think of communicable and non communicable diseases? Oh, nothing? Perfect. Let's get that brain working in full gear to talk about things that we can contract from other living things and things that we can not contract from other living things. We are going to talk about strep throat, colds, coughs, malaria, allergies, asthma, cancer, heart diseases just to name a few. This unit should give you a better understanding of what you can contract from others, what you can not and be aware of signs and symptoms of each. To get started, go wash your hands so we can get ready to dive into diseases and disorders!
This a longer unit, which most of them from now on will be 2-4 chapters long. Make sure to listen and watch all lectures and videos. Use your road map as a guide for what needs to be accomplished. As always, I am here to help with anything so drop me a line anytime!
